Clockwyse Capital is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Interior Designer & Space Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Technical Skills
Conduct accurate site measurements and convert these into detailed technical drawings.
Prepare and develop drawings using industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
Produce high-quality renderings and visualisations using Lumion, D5, V-Ray, and Twinmotion.
Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQs) to support accurate costing and budgeting.
Assist with quotations, cost comparisons, and supplier pricing schedules.
Maintain document control, including drawing registers, revision tracking, and approval processes.
Support the preparation of client presentations, mood boards, and finish boards.
Apply sound space planning principles, ergonomics, and furniture standards.
Demonstrate working knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, materials, and specifications.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in drawings, quantities, and specifications.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across concurrent projects.
Interpersonal & Soft Skills
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with designers, suppliers, installers, and clients.
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
